and.... we're back!

i'm back! b and i made a trip to southern california this weekend to surprise a friend for her birthday - we left friday after work and came home late sunday night. and i couldn't tip you guys off cause we wanted to make sure it was kept secret!

we had the best time. i'll recap some of my favorites over the next couple days, but for now i'll leave you with this.

brandon ate a giant pancake (18", thick as a deep dish pizza), 2 eggs and 2 sausages to win a t-shirt from our favorite breakfast place. boys are so weird.

allow me to narrate.

um, that's bigger than we thought it was gonna be.

this may be painful. at least those kids are rooting me on.
