why i'm blogging

look, i know it seems like i'm late to the party (blogging is so 2007!) but i like to think of it more like i just ran home to change...

i've been reading blogs for a really long (embarrassingly long) time. in fact, i remember when the first real lifestyle bloggers were starting to get fancy html templates and the initial sponsor banners and posts full of gorgeous pictures of food and outfits and houses i knew i'd never be able to afford. and in such a cluttered environment, i didn't think i had anything to bring to the table, so i took the part of a keen observer and have loved every minute of it.

blogs are so interesting because each day of the week it's something different - fresh, genuine content that can be read, digested and passed along. it's pretty amazing, actually.

so i've changed my mind. i'm starting a blog. i'd love it if you'd join me.
