blessings

b and i went to pick out some new frames for him last night. he has the official eye appointment today - but was scared to pick out a pair by himself (maybe scared isn't the right word - i think he just wanted to make sure i liked them too, the love).

we tried on a bunch of frames (i couldn't resist picking out my next pair either!), and came out with quite a winner. totally different from his past selections, and i can't wait to see them finished.

and like all the other moments i'm with him, i was reminded about the blessing of destiny when he said to me "i'm so glad you came... i never would have picked those without you." it may not seem like much, but it just touched me! i'm the luckiest girl alive.
